Eligibility for Refunds

2. Condition of Items : To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

Non-Refundable Items

1. Crystals that have been altered, damaged, or used in any way.

Refund Process

2. Processing Refunds : If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-14 days of receiving your returned item.
Same Product Exchanges
Eligibility for Same product exchange:
a. Broken from transit with photo-proof and video-proof of the box from opening.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please return the original item as per our refund process and place a new order.
